DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Collegiate Exposure Camps LLC (hereafter referred to as CEC), it’s affiliate schools/universities and its staff including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event; do not assume liability for any injuries incurred while at camp or on the way to camp. Parents or Guardians should contact their own insurance carrier to get additional insurance for the camper, if necessary. As a condition of enrollment, the following disclaimer of liability must be signed and dated by the camper's parent or guardian. The camper in attending CEC does so at his or her own risk. CEC, and its officers, agents and staff shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injury sustained by the camper while at or on the way to and from camp. The camper and his or her parents or guardians assume full responsibility for any damages or injuries which may occur to the camper during the session and so hereby full and forever exonerate and discharge CEC, its officers, agents and staff from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the camper's participation in the camp.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Collegiate Exposure Camp, the participants/parents/guardians acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
1. Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to MRSA, influenza and COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist; and 2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and 3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation as regards to protection against infectious diseases. If, however, I observe any risky behavior or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will bring such behavior to the attention of the nearest official and, 4. I, hereby release and hold harmless CEC, or their officers, agents, and/or employees, representatives, other participants, and owners/lessors of the premises used to conduct the event ("Releasees"), with respect to any and all illness, disability, death or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
MEDIA RELEASE:
I hereby grant permission to Collegiate Exposure Camps LLC, and its affiliates the right to use, reproduce, and/or distribute photographs; films, videos and sound recordings of my child without compensation or approval rights, for use in materials created for purposes of promoting the activities of the camps, recruiting education and recruiting services.

PERMISSION FOR TRANSPORTATION:
I do allow members of Collegiate Exposure Camps LLC, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, to transport my child by motor vehicle to and from the auxiliary courts and/or other necessary facilities. Members of the staff of CEC will not be held liable either individually and/or collectively for any injuries that may occur during transportation to or from these facilities. It is understood that all staff members of the CEC will take the utmost precautions to ensure the safety of camp participants at all times. In addition, the camper attending the CEC does so at his or her own risk. CEC and its officers, agents and staff shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injury sustained by the camper while at or on the way to and from camp. The camper and his or her parents or guardians assume full responsibility for any damages or injuries which may occur to the camper during the session and so hereby full and forever exonerate and discharge Collegiate Camp, its officers, agents and staff from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the camper's participation in the camp.

MEDICAL TREATMENT PERMISSION:
I, the undersigned parent (guardian), do hereby authorize the athletic trainer or his designate at the camp to secure any and all necessary medical treatment. I understand that the School/University and CEC will attempt to contact the parent before treatment is initiated. If the School/University and CEC staff cannot reach the parent, I authorize the attending physician to render any and all medical care which he/ she deems necessary.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
A refund (less a $110 processing fee) will be provided to anyone who cancels more than 60 days prior to the start of the enrolled camp session. If you cancel, for any reason, within 60 days of the start of the camp session, you will receive a credit (for the amount you paid) towards a Collegiate Exposure Camp Fueled by Gatorade (valid through December 2025). There will be no credit or refund for any student who must leave the camp for illness, injury or any other reason, once the camp session has started. In the event of rain at any point during the camp, we will make every attempt at completing the on-court drills and matchplay program. There will be no refund or credit in the event of inclement weather.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared within our organization and to those partners who provide valuable information and service to student athletes and their families.
